The Palisade Hotel is the perfect location for a function. The stunning views of Sydney Harbour Bridge, the harbour and the city skyline provide an amazing backdrop for an unforgettable function.

We can tailor a function to suit your requirements, and have made many events memorable, from birthdays and wedding receptions to sit down dinners and business functions. We provide you with a number of entertaining areas to choose from, including the rooftop, restaurant and the parlour.

The rooftop is a spectacular location where you can drink in 360 degree views of Sydney's sparkling harbour and city skyline with a view rarely seen in guide books. The rooftop is an open air function space, with a fully serviced bar, which can hold up to 120 people comfortably. Our restaurant will cater for your function from our finger food menus or buffet menu, or you can have something special served to mark the occasion. A hiring fee of $400 applies from Monday to Friday and $500 on Saturday and Sunday.

With an intimate atmosphere and magical views, The Palisade Dining Room is suitable for any occasion. Refer to our restaurant page for more information. Another option is the Parlour, surrounded by heritage décor including Victorian fireplaces and historical pictures and maps dating back to the early 1900s.
